This concept started as an attempt for a long-term survial training based on Methode Naturelle (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georges_H%C3%A9bert).
It still is. Only I want to dimm the “be prepared when shit hits the fan” aspect. More in the lines of “be fit to enjoy adventures, small and big”. And “be fit to enjoy the daily training, the daily life”.
That’s why I want to emphasize the awareness of what is enjoying in each exercise. And make the roads in your brain bigger which lead to perceiving the enjoying aspects.
