  • Feel silence (e.g. while apnoe diving)
  • feel warmth from inside while training in the cold
  • feel cool breeze while training in the heat
  • feel “connected” to your trainingspartners
  • feel flow
  • feel back into your body (if you have a a stressful life phase)
  • feel thrill to accept a challenge (if you are in your power)
  • Feel strong
  • Feel flexible
  • Feel kompetent (e.g. in coordination training)

  • Thinking about how good it is for your health
  • Thinking about the progress
  • Enjoying puzzled looks of passerbys
  • Looking forward to well-earned food after the training
